Day 1 : Pantwari – Nag Tibba Vilage Huts™ / Campsite (5 km trek approx.)
Pick up from Dehradun at 7 am. Arrival at Pantwari by 10:30 am (take an overnight volvo/cab from Delhi to Dehradun). Trekkers can also drive or take a cab upto the Pantwari village via Mussoorie and Nainbagh and reach Pantwari by 10:30 am. After a little rest and refreshments, the trekkers start the trek from Pantwari to Nag Tibba base, our camping site. Reach the Nag Tibba base in the evening by 5 pm and learn the skills of pitching tents by our trek experts. Enjoy a hot cup of tea/coffee with yummy snacks and explore the scenic campsite for wild life (especially birds), photography and lots more ! Have your dinner beneath the stars and around a bonfire and sneak into your camps for a well-deserved sleep !
Day 2 : Nag Tibba Base – Nag Tibba Top – Nag Tibba Base – Pantwari (12 km trek approx.)
After an early breakfast served at 7 am, trekkers start to trek for the Nag Tibba summit (3,022m). Reach Nag Tibba top at around 10:30 am and witness the stunning views of the higher Himalayan peaks : Swargarohini, Bandarpoonchh, Kedarnath, Kala Nag, Gangotri and many other beautiful peaks. Enjoy your lunch at the summit and after that trail down towards scenic Teva village. Get surprisingly contrast views from the previous day and walk through the dense forests & rare wildlife to reach the picturesque Teva village. Take a dip into the river flowing by and get your energy back from its crystal clear water. In the evening, trekkers are driven upto Dehradun, from where they have an option to take an overnight train or a volvo bus to Delhi.

– rain jacket / poncho ( it can rain any day in Mountains )

– a personal torch (for camp tent)
– a proper water bottle ( must . . we try to avoid using disposable bottles on trails)
– a personal plate / spoon (must)
– a small poly bag for keeping all food/snack wrappers ( leave nothing on trails except your footprints 🙂
Clothing suggestions for the trail :
Hiking up the mountain during day time / in the sun will be quite hot & sweaty so use light & comfortable clothing :
– a loose / comfy long sleeve cotton t-shirt ( use light colored one )
– a good track pant / sports lower
– a sun cap
– good hiking shoes ( Quechua / Salomon etc. ) or good sport shoe will do ( Nike / Addidas )
